A ‘Swab Sweep’ operation was conducted in Kampong Kenua, Mukim Bokok in Temburong District on Sunday, as part of the Ministry of Health (MoH) continuous efforts in curbing the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
The operation was coordinated by the National Coordination Centre for COVID-19 (N3C19) in cooperation with the Royal Brunei Police Force, the Task Force Support Group of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, the Mobile Swabbing Team and the Community Isolation Centre (CIC) team of National Service Programme (PKBN) Training Camp, the Temburong District Office and Kampong Kenua village head.
Some 118 residents of Kampong Kenua underwent the RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 preliminary test at the CIC PKBN, Training Camp in an initiative to safeguard public health amid the coronavirus outbreak.
